Accepting the present Conditions of Sale and Use, is recognized that the Agència Viatges VIP PLUS acts only in quality of agent chief executive for all the benefits excluding any other people's responsibility.
The use of the vestibule is reserved to the users that previously have accepted the knowledge and the totality of the Conditions of Sale and Use of the Web Site.

2. ELECTRONIC TICKET
The electronic ticket is not a material ticket. In case of buying this type of ticket, you will have to show up at the counter of registry of the arranged airline company provided with the document of confirmation of the reserve (electronic mail), the valid travel documents (passport, visa, document of identity), as well as the credit card, passport, identity card, that you have facilitated with the purpose to obtain your boarding pass. All consequences that derived from the loss or robbery of the ticket will run to your account. Anyway, a reimbursement, being to disposition of the company, could be asked for as long as attached all original documents (card of boarding, voucher of the bought ticket...)

4. HIRING OF SERVICES THROUGH ESPANA-HOTEL.COM
Hôtels 
The indication of the comfort level attributed to the named hotels in the descriptive, correspond to a classification established in relation to the local norms of the welcoming country, which can differ from the norms of the country of origin. This classification is only for orientation.
Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS reserves the possibility to replace the hotel initially reserved for technical reasons, causes of greater force or by third, by another hotel of the same category proposing equivalent benefits without right to any indemnification.
Car rental: 
The hiring of a car will be made directly by the Avis company, this means that espana-hotel.com has included this service by means of white mark through which it can be acceded on his Web site.
Aerial ticket purchase: 
As an orientation purpose, we inform you that a valid passport is required for most of the foreign destinies and some countries demand a validity of passport superior to 6 months after the date of return or the respect of other obligatory proceedings.
Within the frame of aerial ticket purchase, the Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS is considered as a simple intermediary between the supplier and the client.
The responsibility of the supplier will not be able to be attributed to Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS assuring the transport or transfer of the passengers and its luggage. In no case, Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS can be considered responsible for circumstances of greater force, of the non supplying of the benefits anticipated from part of a third or of the bad execution from part of circumstances imputable to the client.
Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS cannot be considered responsible in case of modification of schedules, delays, cancellations or others, imputable to greater force (strike, natural inclemency’s, wars, catastrophes, epidemics, bomb attacks, technical incidents, etc...), to a third or to the client (delay of presentation a the hour summoned at the airport, refuse to the registry or boarding by no to respecting the police, sanitary formalities or customs, non- assistance to boarding, etc...).
The possible expenses that result of these unforeseen expenses (taxi, hotel, parking, pre and/or post aerial passage) will run at charge of the client.
We inform you that in that case, responsibility of the airline companies, as well as of their representatives, or agents, employees, only limit themselves, in case of damage, complaints or claims, to the aerial transport of the passengers and of its luggage like it is written in the airplane ticket, according to the contract between the company and the passenger.
In case of pregnant women
We communicate that the airline companies refuse the boarding to pregnant women; due to its state a risk of premature childbirth in the course exists of it travels. Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS cannot be considered responsible for this decision.
The babies (minor of 2 years) do not have a seat in the airplane. The amount of his ticket is generally 10% from the adult one. The children (from 2 till 11 years) can benefit from a reduction of until 50% but with limited seats.
Children if accompanied by an adult usually do not benefit from this type of tariff. The minors of 15 years without company of an adult are not authorized.
Babies and children are considered like such if they do not reach respectively the age of 2 and 12 years before the use of their return tickets.
We remind you that it is prohibited to deposit within the luggage all those referred articles in international regulation of IATA about the dangerous materials and remarkably explosive, inflammable, corrosive, rusting, irritating, toxic or radioactive articles, compressed gas and objects no authorized by the states.
We invite you to inquire by the airline company, through which you have arranged your trip with the purpose of taking conscience of its policy in the matter of articles not authorized within luggage and in any case to read with thoroughness the conditions of contract of transport that appears on the back of the airplane ticket.
Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS cannot be considered responsible in case of a refuse from the airline company, to board the luggage. In the case of the passenger cannot board his luggage and the company demands some type of surcharge, Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS exempts of any responsibility.
Luggage in the cabin
Each company has its own policy. Most frequent is the one that admits only a bulk in the cabin per passenger when the dimensions (circumferential) do not exceed 115 cm nor the weight surpasses 5 kg. This maximum weight and volume can be modified according to the type of machinery. In any case, this luggage expenses is left to the responsibility of the client throughout the trip.
Luggage in baggage hold
Each company has his own policy. Most frequently there is a tax exemption of 15 kg per passenger in chartered flights and a tax exemption of 20 kg per passenger in regular flights (tourist class). In case of excess, if he is authorized, the passenger will have to pay a supplement to the airline company at the airport.
We invite you to inquire at the airline company through which you have arranged your trip with the purpose of becoming aware of its policy in the matter of excess of luggage.
Registry
Except for opposite mention, the passengers are summoned in the airport three hours before the take-off of the flight, in chartered flights and two hours before, in regular flights. It corresponds to the passenger to check the hour of registry limit.
These terms are susceptible of change if the passenger needs any assistance. The Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS does not take responsibility’s nor will ask for any surcharge in case the passenger is refused to the boarding by presentation in hour limit.
In this case the passenger will be considered as no show and does not receive any type of reimbursement of the non-used ticket. Its seat could be used by another passenger.
The handicapped people, not accompanied children by an adult, passengers whose luggage does not correspond to the standard format, with excess of luggage or people travelling with animals in the baggage hold, will have to contact previously the airline company with the purpose of verifying which is their hour boarding limit.
For all the other benefits charged through our Web Site, it is your responsibility to have the knowledge of the requested proceedings for accomplishment of your trip and to respect these, going to the consulates or embassies of the visited or journeyed countries.
All the expenses related to these managements are on your account.
5. PAYMENT AND PRICE
The payment of your reserve through our Website will take place through a safe system of payment as we work with the financial institution, leader of our country (Virtual BPA Private Bank d'Andorra) by means of a SSL coding system (Secured Sockets Layer) with following Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard. Except for those companies that collaborates whose service will be paid through its vestibule.
The payment will take place immediately from the credit card after the remittance of the form, relative to your credit card.
In case of making the payment by banking transference (only for hotel reserves or holiday packages) it is the buyer‘s responsibility to make the transference and to send a fax with the proof to the indicated number in the Web Site. This transference will have to be received in maximum 24 hours after the remittance of the budget. Passed this period the reserve will be considered CANCELLED. All banking transference emitted from a foreign bank it will have to be extended exclusively in Euros. The transferences of the foreigner can cause banking expenses. These rates will have to be paid by the client.

Price
Except contrary mentioned to which figure in the Web Site, the prices are indicated in Euros. Taxes like IVA or additional local rates can be imposed by the local authorities of certain countries. In this case, these rates are in charge of the client and must be paid in situ and with the local currency. Generally and except specially mentioned, in the price is not included: the excesses of luggage, the expenses for vaccination, visas, insurances, airport rates, rates of stay and other governmental rates not put into effect at the moment of the inscription, extras that to pay in situ (personal telephone, expenses, those meals not included, provisions...), the drinks of the meals, the transfers from the airport or station to the hotel and vice versa.
The prices are established on the basis on the tariffs and the indicated rates of change next and are susceptible of being reviewed. The prices must be confirmed previously to your inscription.
6. EXPENSES OF CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Any wish of modification or cancellation of your reserve will have to be sent to espana-hotel.com imperatively by electronic mail. Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS will send you by electronic mail the confirmation of the demand of modification or cancellation. In case of not having that confirmation emitted by Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS, the modification or cancellation will not be considered valid. We advise you in any case to assure us the good reception of the electronic mail of confirmation.
Scale of surcharge in case of modification or cancellation:
Hotels and holiday packages
More than 30 days before the date of going: 10% of the total amount (except for amounts inferior to 150 € whose surcharge will be minimum of 15 €)
Between 30 and 21 days before the date of going: 25% of the total amount
Between 20 and 8 days before the date of going: 50% of the total amount
Between 7 and 2 days before the date of going: 75% of the total amount
Less than 2 days before the date of going : 100% of the total amount (we advise to take the insurance of cancellations Eivia)
In case of a modification of the name, number of people or dates,espana-hotel.com will charge the amount of 15€ per reservation (expenses of management).
All the supplies made under request via telephone, will have a rate of 10€ per person.
All these options are additional.
Flights, car rental or cruises:
If it deals with flights, rent of vehicles or cruises the cost of cancellation or modification will be governed by the norms that could establish the own company.
These amounts are in any case not reimbursable.
Reimbursement
The reimbursements are provided by the airline company’s and are subject to the conditions of the tariffs.
Espana-hotel.com recommends you to take the cancellation insurance Elvia.
If you have chosen a more economic tariff, called discount tariff or tourist tariff with restrictions, you should be aware that this type of tariff does not allow any type of change nor cancellation. The ticket cannot either be used in a different way from the contracted one, nor use the return of a flight without having used the going. This type of tariff usually does not have reimbursement, apart from special indication.
Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS and Elvia (World-wide Group Assistance) offers you the possibility of contracting any cancellation insurance. We recommend you to acquire it and be covered in case of cancelling your trip for reasons of disease or any other unexpected one.
7. MODIFICATIONS OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
The Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS reserves the right to modify or to date up the present Conditions of Sale and Use of our Web Site, at any time, without previous warning. The version in use of these Conditions of Sale and Use of the Web Site is indicated on this one as of the date in which one modification takes effect. The continuation of the use of the Web Site, after a modification of the Conditions of Sale and Use is produced, they constitute your acceptance of this modification, being understood that the version of the Conditions of Sale and Use applicable to your product reserve or purchase or service of a trip made on the Web Site, takes effect the day of this reserve or buy.

Any demand of modification or cancellation of your reserve will have to be sent to espana-hotel.com imperatively by electronic mail. Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS will send to you by electronic mail, if necessary, the confirmation of the demand of modification or cancellation. In case of no having the electronic mail of confirmation emitted by Agència de Viatges VIP PLUS, modification or cancellation will not be considered valid. We advise you anyway to make sure the good reception of the electronic mail of confirmation.
When you contact us, you should inform us following, to be able to treat effectively your requests and to respond to them:

· The address of the electronic mail used for your reserve
· The name and Sir name used for the reserve
10. GENERAL
This agreement is regulated by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
You accept that all the transactions of the use of this Web Site happen in the Principality of Andorra, and that the Court of Andorra is the only competent one in the Regulation before possible litigations that can occur after the use of this Web Site page or attempt of use. In this case, all parts in this agreement will be inapplicable or null and not reconciled; the other conditions of this agreement will follow having its effect.
